Halloween and Thanksgiving — these are events that we look forward to in the fall. It reminds us of pumpkins and spooky things. Halloween may not be the merriest time of the year but we love it for the fact that it squeezes out the creative juices in us. We spend weeks thinking about the creepiest costume that we can come up with.
Thanksgiving is something else. It is time for family reunions and tables laden with food. We love the idea of coming to a gathering bearing the obligatory pumpkin pie or a fall gift basket. A fall gift basket filled with savory gourmet food snacks is perfect for thanksgiving homecoming. A pumpkin-themed one filled with a huge variety of snacks and goodies will make a great Halloween gift.
